Made to Order
Each ARUCOA piece is made to order. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for production before your order ships.
Shipping
Shipping time begins after the production period. Available shipping rates and methods are shown at checkout. When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order ships.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed once an order has entered shipment processing.
Delays
Carrier delays, severe weather, and other events outside our control can affect delivery times after an order has shipped.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees that are not collected at checkout.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.
